Gino delivers keynotes at company-wide events, conferences bringing together leaders from various parts of the world, speeches at small gatherings for senior leaders (e.g., networks of CEOs or senior VPs of global organizations) and webinars. Talks are typically 60 minutes long, followed by a Q&A and a book signing. Recent topics include: “Rebel Talent,” “Relentless Curiosity,” and “Plussing: Creating and Sustaining Collaboration.”
She also works with organizations to design customized training programs ranging in length from a half day to one week, for clients like Akamai, Ferrari, Google, Goldman Sachs, Honeywell, Merck, and Walmart. For follow-up, she offers “office hours” — a way to re-engage with participants and answer questions.
